Standard run
A fixed rate agreed up front. You post the order, a carrier takes it and confirms — no bidding.

Per-kilometer rate
Settlement based on route distance. The system counts the kilometers and suggests a rate from the routing.

Lump sum
One price for the whole order, regardless of distance. Ideal for recurring routes and fixed contracts.

Auction
Carriers bid on your order in real time. A server-side timer picks the best rate.

Automatic rate increases
The "rate jumper" bumps the rate in preset steps until the order is taken — no manual watching.
Only verified carriers on your exchange
Before a carrier joins your pool, we check their details by tax number (NIP) against official registries. We re-run the check on a schedule and warn you when a status changes.
- VIES — active VAT status and number validation at the EU level.
- GUS / REGON — company registry data from the Polish statistical office — name, address, activity status.
- CEIDG — registration and status of sole proprietorships.

Does Spedly support working across multiple branches?
Yes. You can run multiple branches with their own data scope, roles and per-branch permissions, plus cross-branch access wherever you need it.
How is our data protected?
Each company's data is kept separate and secured — including Argon2id password hashing and role-based access control. Full control over who sees what.
Can we use our own domain and branding?
Yes. You point your own domain via CNAME, we issue the TLS certificate automatically, and you set logo, colors and language on your side.
How long does onboarding take?
Usually a few days: configuration, branches, roles and forwarder onboarding. We confirm the exact timeline together.
Where is our data hosted?
We host on servers in Europe (OVH VPS). For the Enterprise plan, dedicated hosting or an on-premise deployment is available.
