These terms set out the rules for using the website available at spedly.eu. Using the website constitutes acceptance of the provisions below.
1. General provisions
The operator of the spedly.eu website (hereinafter: the “Website”) is Recode Software Przemysław Szejna, ul. Popiełuszki 11/20, 94-052 Łódź, NIP: 8883076795, REGON: 385011293 (hereinafter: the “Operator”).

Using the Website means that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Definitions
- Website – the website available at spedly.eu.
- User – any person using the Website.
- Waiting list – the service of signing up, by email address, to be notified of the launch of the Spedly platform.
- Spedly platform – the SaaS platform being developed for transport management with an internal exchange for freight forwarders, which the Website concerns.
3. Nature of the Website
The Website is informational and marketing in nature. The content, features, prices and dates presented are announcements and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
Signing up for the waiting list is voluntary and non-binding – it does not give rise to any obligation to conclude a contract, either on the part of the User or on the part of the Operator.
4. Waiting list
To sign up for the waiting list, the User provides an email address and consents to receiving information about the launch of the Spedly platform.
The User may unsubscribe from the list at any time, using the link in the email message or by contacting the Operator. We do not share email addresses with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The rules for processing data are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Copyright
The content, trademarks, graphics and layout of the Website are protected by law and belong to the Operator or are used under appropriate licences. Using them for commercial purposes requires the Operator's prior written consent.
6. Technical requirements
Proper use of the Website requires: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave) and JavaScript support enabled.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Website can be submitted to kontakt@spedly.eu. The submission should include a description of the problem and contact details. We process complaints within 14 business days.
8. Protection of personal data
The rules for processing Users' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
9. Changes to the terms
The Operator may amend the terms, in particular in connection with the development of the Website or changes in legislation. The current version is always available on the Website, and we will inform people on the waiting list of any significant changes.
10. Final provisions
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies, in particular the Polish Civil Code, the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the GDPR.
The terms are effective as of the date stated as the date of the last update.
